violenttransempire just had one of Our FB friends (who We had often teamed up with to call people out for demonizing narcissists and antisocial people) do one of those performative public posts where xe said "if you support any form of DD/LG unfriend me."

seriously if people could just grasp the very simple concept that adults have fucking bodily autonomy and can consent to whatever kind of sex acts and relationships they want, that would be awesome.
it would be awesomer if people could understand that this still applies--in fact it applies even more--when other people are doing things a given person doesn't like or finds triggering (ofc provided that they're not nonconsentually involving that person)
it would be literally the awesomest thing if people could further understand that this *gasp* STILL applies if the acts in question are things that the person thinks are unadvisable or may cause the doers harm--even if the person knows for sure that the acts are harmful, they still don't have the right to interfere as long as everyone involved has given informed consent to the acts.
basically people need to mind their own goddamn business
